What is IRO Young Professionals?

IRO Young Professionals is the forum and networking group for our Younger Professionals who have potential and drive to pursue their careers in the rail industry.

With great opportunities to connect with others and increase your understanding of the raill industry, Young Professionals puts you in a good position to further your career.

We have monthly events; either informative seminars or field visits, followed by the opportunity to meet senior managers and network with other industry professionals.

Who is IROYP for?

Whether you’re with a train or freight operating company, Network Rail or another rail organisation, Young Professionals gives you the opportunity meet others, build better cross-company relationships and learn about other industry areas and best practice.
